Right away, they meet some Koreans, including people he jokes are from North Korea, try Okinawan snake liquor, and wander into the nightlife around American Village. They learn that instead of everyone drinking in pubs, a lot of people buy strong canned drinks like Strong Zero from convenience stores and drink outside. After that, they end up in a strange schoolgirl-themed concept bar, where Bald jokes around with the staff, gets called “hentai,” and reflects on how bizarre and uncomfortable that kind of nightlife would seem in Europe.

Then he keeps moving through Osaka’s nightlife, talking about Japan’s hidden weirdness, hostess bars, “hentai” culture, and the contrast between quiet, orderly Japan by day and much wilder Japan at night. He briefly cuts to footage from an abandoned village, showing empty houses and talking about depopulation, before returning to bars and heading toward Nishinari, described as one of Osaka’s rougher areas. There, he meets locals, an American YouTuber named Ace, a bartender connected to a band called Zombie Lolita, and more random nightlife characters. The video ends with Bald, after Ben and Ace have disappeared, standing with Timmy and some new friends, saying goodbye after a chaotic night of drinking, weird bars, fire trucks, girls dancing, and general Osaka nightlife madness.
