About This Video

In this episode, Seal On Tour explores Bangkok through two sharply different worlds: the wealthy, modern side around Sukhumvit and the working-class port community of Khlong Toei. He begins with KK, a Korean Canadian entrepreneur living in a luxury condo near Nana, where Seal tours the apartment, sees the shoe collection, wine fridge, city views, multiple bedrooms, and learns about KK’s business life and Thai elite visa. From there, the day moves through Bangkok’s connected upper-class bubble: riding the BTS without ever really touching street level, visiting a high-end gym inside a mall, eating sushi and later Korean barbecue, getting a spa massage, drinking soju, and ending the night at a rooftop bar and nightclub overlooking the city.

The next day, badly hungover, Seal leaves KK’s luxury building and heads to Khlong Toei, Bangkok’s largest slum near the port, where he meets Fo from Bangkok Community Help and Jack, a single father who hosts him in the neighborhood. The mood shifts from luxury to community as they hand out shoes, meals, diapers, milk, medicine, and supplies to local families, elderly residents, and sick people living in tight alleyways over open sewage and flood-prone ground. Seal eats crispy pork in a local home, visits Jack’s damaged house, helps cook at the foundation, joins food deliveries, and sees how tightly families and neighbors depend on each other. The night ends with street food, papaya salad, pad thai, roti, beer, and whiskey, followed by an early morning breakfast and offerings to monks. The video closes with Seal thanking Jack, giving him money privately, and reflecting on Bangkok as a city where wealth and comfort exist beside hardship, resilience, generosity, and deep community.
